To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reno Cab Company, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Washoe County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Program Description

Reno Cab Company, Inc. may send text messages to your mobile number regarding ride confirmations, driver updates, estimated arrival times, and promotional content. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service requests.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.

User Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Reno Cab Company, Inc. Consent is not required to use our taxi services.

Opt-Out Instructions

Supported Carriers
